Thank You for Joining Us at our Open Evening!

We were delighted to welcome so many families to our Open Evening at The Purbeck School. With record numbers through the doors, it was fantastic to see such strong interest.

A special thank you goes to our wonderful student volunteers, who represented the school with confidence, enthusiasm and pride. They truly showcased what makes The Purbeck School such a special place to learn and grow.

We're also grateful for the positive feedback we've received from visitors. Thank you for taking the time to come and meet us.

If you missed our Open Evening, you can still book a tour with our friendly staff by emailing office@purbeck.wessex.ac to book your place, or join our Purbeck Experience Taster Sessions.

Our fantastic taster sessions are designed to support your child’s transition to The Purbeck School from their primary school.

This is a fantastic opportunity to explore our excellent facilities, meet our dedicated staff, and discover the wide range of academic and extracurricular opportunities we offer.

Whether you are considering your next step in education or simply wish to learn more, we warmly welcome prospective students and their families to experience what makes The Purbeck School a supportive and successful place to learn and grow.

All sessions are for you and your child together, and you can participate in as many as you like. We are hoping that these sessions will allow your child to become more familiar with our school site and our teachers, plus give a ‘hands on’ experience into learning at our school.

Numbers are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Book your sessions here.

Arrival and registration will always be 3.45pm. We will welcome you into our Year 7 café area for some refreshments before lessons start at 4.00pm. All lessons are one hour long.

We look forward to meeting you and your child at our Open Evening and The Purbeck Experience taster sessions.
