Sorry, I know I previously worked with MSS on a timetabling perspective.

I just want to check there is capacity within departments on transition day before liaising with HOD to ensure lessons are planned. Students will be in tutor groups. 

Tuesday 7^th July

• Arrive at Astro
• Assembly 
• Tutor 
• P1 - Tutor 
• P2 - Lesson 
• Break 
• P3 - Lesson 
• P4 - Lesson 
• Lunch 
• P5 - Tutor 

Previously we have done Science, English & PE. 

I'm conscious that due to PE numbers we will have to split across P3 & P4. Is that easier to be done with English or Science? Then ideally the whole year group would go to the other subject area P2. 

Appreciate this is in July but want to give HOD's as much time as possible.
